[Guidance on Quarantine Plans to Prevent the Spread of COVID-19]
This concert does not apply vaccine passes in accordance with government guidelines.
For your safety, we highly ask for your cooperation.

1. Mandate to Wear Masks
- Please wear a mask in all spaces inside and outside multi-use facilities such as the auditorium and concert hall.
- If you do not wear a mask, you will be restricted from entering the concert hall and will be sent off if you are caught violating safety regulations.
- For the safety of the artists and audiences, please wear a mask to cover both your nose and mouth while watching the performance, and if you lower or do not wear the mask, you may be sent off.

2. Preventive Measures Inside & Outside the Concert Hall
– We have strengthened cleaning and the preventive measures of frequent customer contact points such as ticket offices and toilets, and we are providing virus prevention items such as hand sanitizers in the concert hall.
- All staff, including ticket offices and concert hall guides, are familiar with the COVID-19 response manual and are obligated to disinfect their hands and to wear masks.
- Customers who are not cooperative with the quarantine operation of the concert hall are not allowed to enter the concert hall, and we ask for your cooperation for the safety of everyone.

3. Those Not Allowed to Enter the Concert Hall
- Those subject to self-isolation who were diagnosed as "positive" as a result of the COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test
- Those subject to self-isolation 

[Pre-reservation announcement for PARKJIHOON OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘MAY 3rd’ ]
- Pre-reservation for fanclub members will run September 13, 2022 (Tue) 7PM ~ September 14 (Wed) 7PM.
   Reservations will not be available starting from 07:01PM on September 14 (Wed), so please note this.
- Pre-reservation for fan club members will be held only for members who have joined
   [PARKJIHOON OFFICIAL FANCLUB ‘MAY 3rd’]
- You can make a reservation after logging in with the YES24 TICKET ID you used to sign up 
   for the “MAY 3rd“ fanclub without any authentication procedures when pre-reservation
- After the verification is complete, you cannot change to another ID and re-verify.
- Please be aware that you cannot re-verify if you delete your ID after the verification is complete.
- Ticket purchase is limited to 2 ticket per person for each show.
-  Customers who purchase tickets through the fanclub pre-reservation can purchase additional 
   tickets within the purchase limit when making general reservations.
   (Ex. If you purchased two tickets 6PM on October 9th through the fanclub pre-reservation, you can purchase two more tickets 6PM on October 9th through the general reservation. The same applies to other times.)
- You can only pay by credit card for the ticket purchase. 

[General Reservation announcement]
- General reservations will begin at 8PM on September 15, 2022 (Thu).
- General reservations will be made only for the seats remaining after pre-reservation for the 
   MAY 3rd.
- The general reservation limit is four tickets per person(for each show), and even those who pur
   chased the fan club pre-reservation ticket can purchase additionally within the purchase limit 
   when making a general reservation.
(Ex. If you purchased two tickets 6PM on October 9th through the fanclub pre-reservation, you can purchase two more tickets 6PM on October 9th through the general reservation. The same applies to other times.)
- If you make a reservation using someone else's information and not your personal information, 
   you will be legally responsible and cannot enter the concert hall.
- When you receive a ticket on site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets are absolutely 
   impossible to receive if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (You can't 
   make a reservation with your immediate family members’ and other people's IDs.)
- Please note this and make sure to proceed with the reservation with the ID of the person attending.
- You can only pay by credit card for general reservations.

[Standing Area Guidelines]
- This performance is operated by standing areas on the 1st floor / designated seats on the 2nd floor. 
- The standing audience will wait at the designated place in the order of the waiting number an hour before the start of the performance according to the instructions of the staff members, and will enter in the order of the waiting number 30 minutes before the performance. (It may be changed depending on the situation of the venue.)
- Those who purchased tickets to standing areas should wait at the number written on the ticket without exchanging to bracelets.
- The number you choose when you reserve a ticket to standing area is the entrance number, not the designated seat number. Please note that it is not a seat number.
- You can enter in the order of the entrance number shown on the ticket, and the faster number you book, the earlier you enter.
- The entrance numbers of the audience who came after the entrance time of the standing area will be invalid, and will be able to enter after all those who are entering before you. Please keep this in mind and arrive at the concert hall leisurely.
- You can't move between the standing areas, and you can watch it anywhere you want in your designated area.
There may be a difference between the location of the selected number and the actual viewing location when booking.
- Standing areas are where you can stand and watch without sitting seats. If you want to sit down and watch, please reserve the "designated seat" on the 2nd floor.
- We recommend that you come in light clothes for standing areas. Backpacks, etc. that interfere with other people's viewing are not allowed inside the concert hall, and only handbags that do not exceed 20 cm x 20 cm are allowed. (Please use the locker for items that cannot be brought in.)

[Designated Seats Guidelines]
- This performance is operated by standing areas on the 1st floor / designated seats on the 2nd floor.
- Admissions to the designated seats are available 30 minutes before the start of the performance (It may be changed depending on the situation of the venue.)
- You can't enter unless you have a physical ticket per person.
- You can't move between seats, so please make sure to watch at designated seats that you reserved.

[Precautions for Reservation]
- The running time of this performance is 120 minutes. 
- This performance is for those over 8 years of age (not allowed for preschoolers).
- When receiving the ticket on-site, you will be asked for your personal ID. Tickets cannot be received under any circumstances if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (You can't make a reservation with your immediate family members’ and other people's IDs.)
Please note this and make sure to proceed the reservation with the ID of the person attending.
- Please bring the physical evidence that can confirm the reservation person's identity for identification. 
Tickets cannot be received if you do not prepare the evidence.
- The damage caused by not bringing the documents is entirely on you, and the Organizer/ Host/Booking Office is not responsible.
- This performance is sold exclusively at the INTERPARK TICKET reservation. In case of tickets that have not been officially processed by the reservation site (i.e. individual transactions), you are solely responsible for the resulting damage, and the Organizer, Host or Booking Office is not responsible.
- If you book or purchase a ticket using an illegal method, you may be subject to cancellation or legal action regardless of the reason.
- If you lose or damage the ticket you received, you can never reissue, cancel, or refund it, so please keep the ticket safe.
- The performance will be held simultaneously with offline performances and live stream online. Online live stream can expose the faces of audience to the broadcast screen. Please refer to this when making a reservation.
- This reservation page is an information page about the "offline" performance, so for the information of the online performance, please use the website of the online platform you purchased. 

[Ticket Delivery]
- In order to prevent the crowd on the day of the performance, the initial reservation will be operated by collective delivery.
- If you have not received the delivered ticket a week before the performance, please contact the YES24 TICKET Customer Service Center in advance.
- Please make sure to check the reservation information registered in YES24 TICKET before booking.
- Any tickets returned to the sender must be received on-site at the ticket office on the day of the performance, and you must bring supporting documents when receiving on-site. For more information, please use the YES24 TICKET Customer Service Center.

[On-site Ticket Pick-up]
- The ticket office is open from 2 hours before the start of the performance to 1 hour after the performance. (It can be changed depending on the situation on-site.)
- Identification will be conducted when receiving tickets on-site. Tickets cannot be received under any circumstances if the ticket recipient’s name and the reserved name differ. (You can't make a reservation with your immediate family members’ and other people's IDs.)
- Please note this and make sure to proceed the reservation with the ID of the person attending. 
- Make sure to bring the physical evidence that can confirm yourself for identification. Tickets cannot be received if you do not prepare evidence. (You can’t check your identity with scans, photos, screenshots, or copies.)
- Audience who purchased tickets illegally or through personal transfers are not allowed to enter.

[Identification Document]
You must bring the reservation statement and your real ID card with your own picture and the date of birth (print or mobile page) for the identify check.

[Accepted Identification Card]
* Those with Resident Registration Card : Resident Registration Card, Driver’s license, Valid Passport, Confirmation of application for issuance of Resident Registration Card
* Those without Resident Registration Card : Valid Passport, Youth Card, Student ID(with picture, DOB), Confirmation of application for issuance of Youth Card
* Foreigners : Valid Passport, Foreigner Registration Card

[Non-Accepted Identification Card]
Student ID(without one’s picture and DOB), Employee ID, National Health Insurance Card, Resident Registration Card, Medical Insurance Card, Public Official Card, Expired Passport, Expired Foreigner Registration Card and Confirmation of application for issuance of Youth Card  without Official Seal of the Head of the Agency and Transparent Sticker, etc

- If you don't have a ticket, please receive the ticket first at the ticket office. 
- Tickets can only be received by the person who brought his or her real ID card and a reservation statement. (Others receiving and transferring ticket is not allowed.)
- All documents must be in original copies and identification cannot be done with photos/captures/copies etc.  
- The ID Card must have a picture of the person who made the reservation, and the date of birth must be indicated.
- If the date of birth is not indicated on the Student ID, please bring an additional confirmation document of one of the Resident Registration Copy, Passport, and Medical Insurance Card along with the Student ID.
- It is difficult to verify without the identification card specified above. Please bring one of the indicated Identification Card above when visiting the concert hall.
- In the process of identification, additional personal information may be asked in addition to ID Card.
- If you don't bring your real ID Card, you cannot enter the concert hall. 
- The damage caused by not bringing the documents is entirely on you, and the Organizer/Host/Booking Office is not responsible.

[Cancellation and Refund]
- Information on the change/cancellation/refund of tickets will be conducted in accordance with the “YES24 TICKET” regulations. For related inquiries, please visit the “YES24 TICKET” Customer Service Center.
- Tickets cannot be canceled or refunded on the day of the performance.

[Notice of Entry]
- Admission to the concert hall starts 30 minutes before the start of the performance. 
(It can be changed depending on the situation in the concert hall).
- When entering, you cannot enter unless you have one ticket per person.
- When entering, it may be delayed due to the crowd, so please arrive at the concert hall in a relaxed manner.

[Precautions]
- If you lower or do not wear a mask in the concert hall, you may be sent off. (However, temporary lowering of the mask is allowed when drinking bottled water with a lid). 
We ask for your cooperation for the safety of everyone.
- In order to minimize the movement of the audience due to COVID-19, re-entry after entering the concert hall is not allowed. (You can move to the lobby and bathroom inside the concert hall.)
- Voice recording, taking pictures and recording videos that have not been discussed in advance is not allowed in any circumstances. If caught, you may be sanctioned and sent off by the security personnel.
- You cannot move from your designated seat. Please make sure to watch the performance from the seat you reserved.
- Bringing dangerous substances such as bottles, cans, firecrackers, lasers, and flash, and drinks without lids and foods except bottled water are prohibited.
- There are absolutely no smoking and no drinking in the concert hall. You will be sent off if caught.
- Please follow the guidance of our staff by keeping the order to enjoy the show.
- Please come with your luggage as light as possible and do not carry valuables because you are responsible for lost items in the concert hall.
- It is expected that there will be a severe traffic jam on the day of the performance, so we highly recommend using public transportations. Tickets cannot be changed or refunded if you are unable to enter due to the traffic conditions or parking problems.
- We ask for your active cooperation for a pleasant performance.

[Notice of Operating the Storage]
- Please use the coin locker outside the concert hall for the storage. 
When you use the coin locker, you need two 500 won coins, and there is no separate coin exchange.
- There is no separate storage of goods in the concert hall. Due to having a risk of losing valuables, please visit the concert hall as lightly as possible.
- If you carry any item that may interfere with other people’s viewing of the performance, you will not be able to enter the concert hall.
- If you possess DSLR, professional cameras, and all types of recording equipment in the concert hall, you will be forced to delete the data without warning and be forced out. Any problems caused by this matter(device damage, etc.) are entirely on you and the Organizers, Host, Security, and Booking Office are not responsible.

[Discount for the Disabled and Those of National Merit]
■ Discount for the Disabled - Level 1-3: 20% discount for two people including oneself
■ Discount for the Disabled. Level 4-6: 20% discount for oneself
■ Discount for people of National Merit: 20% discount for oneself

※ Tickets will be received after checking related documentary evidence (ID card, etc.) at the ticket office on the day of the performance.
If you do not bring the supporting documents, you must pay the difference on-site. 
※ Wheelchair seats will be placed in the back of the “D” Block on the First Floor.
※ Reservations for wheelchair seats can be made through the INTERPARK TICKET Customer Service Center starting from 9AM on september 16 (Fri), 2022, so please contact us within the operating hours.

[Parking]
- There is no separate parking space for audience in the performance hall, so please use public transportation and the paid parking lot nearby.
- It is not possible to change or cancel the performance due to traffic conditions or parking problems.
